Absolutely no refund or exchange unless the event is cancelled.
Tickets for posponed and/or rescheduled events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Order cannot be processed without authorized signature.
I have read and understand the policy set forth above regarding the purchase of tickets from Box Office Tickets.

ATTENTION: All ticket prices are in United States Currency. Availability and prices of tickets are always subject to change at any given time. The price of the ticket is guaranteed at the time that the original order was placed. All ticket orders purchased are guaranteed by contract. A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment of the order placed. We reserve the right to upgrade tickets at any time, at no extra charge to the customer. The delivery of tickets are guaranteed no later than the day before the event, unless otherwise stated. Every possible effort will be made to deliver tickets as early as possible. All tickets are delivered by FEDEX unless stated otherwise. We will not be responsible for any weather delays, event cancellations or postpones, or lost/stolen tickets. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
